            ASK ROGER

            Hello Friend,

Thank you for sending in your questions concerning visitation rights.  Let's take a look at some of the questions submitted, and I will share from my own personal experience some positive suggestions for you to think about concerning visitation rights.

Q1: Why are visitation rights so important?

ROGER: They  are  the  Basis  for  Preserving  the  FAMILY  Unit  after  Divorce.
            • USHHS  statistics  show  that  a  FATHERS  INVOLVEMENT  in  the  CHILD’S  life
            • INCREASES  Child  Support  payments  from  20%  to  79-90%  with  Visitation.
            • INCREASES  Self-Esteem, Motivation, Achievement  and  Intellectual  development,
            • Cognitive / Reasoning / Problem  solving  abilities  and  Social  Morals.
It  also, has a  Positive Effect on  Adjustment  and  Happiness, and Personality development.  DECREASES  70% of  Juveniles  in  JAIL,  who  grew up without  a  Father  at  Home, caused  by  77%  DENIED  VISITATION,  in  CONTEMPT  of the  Court’s  ORDER.  It  usually  Decreases  50%  of  CHILD  POVERTY,  when  the  Father  has  CUSTODY.

Q2: What would you like to see happen concerning this law?

ROGER:  ENFORCE  ALL  of  the  LAWS  and  STOP  the  77%  DENIED  VISITATION.
            • VISITATION  is  a  CONSTITUTIONAL  RIGHT  guaranteed  by  the  LAWS; Declaration of Independence certain inalienable  RIGHTS—LIBERTY, Happiness
            • US  Constitution establishes  JUSTICE, Due  Process  of  LAW  and  Equal  Protection
            • First  Amendment  guarantees  Our  RIGHT  to  Assemble—Visit  with  OUR  CHILD
            • US  Supreme  Court  has  ORDERED  the  Parent-Child  relationship  be  PROTECTED
            • US  LAWS  have  been  PASSED  ENFORCING  VISITATION, Parental  Involvement  and ACCESS  to  OUR  CHILDREN.
            • 1988-2008--Ind. Supreme Court  wrote  Guidelines  for the  Minimum  amount  of  PARENTING-Time  we  should  spend  with  Our  Kids.

Q3: How has this issue affected you, and other families today?

ROGER: 77%  DENIED  VISITATION  has  DESTROYED  the  Family  unit.
            • 1990—USSH  Sec. Sullivan
            • Almost EVERY vexing  Social  PROBLEM (Crime-Poverty-Drugs ) is  related  to  FAMILY  Dissolution.
            • What  AFDC  has  done  for  the  Underclass, NO-Fault  DIVORCE  is  doing  for  the  Middle-class.
            • DIVORCE  is an even  More EFFICIENT  generator  of  POVERTY  than  SOCIALISM.
            • Feminists  take the  position  that  FATHERS  are  IRRELEVANT.
            • OUR   FATHERS   KNEW  what  Yuppies NEVER  LEARNED
            • There  is  NO   SUBSTITUTE  for  PATERNAL  AFFECTION  and  DISCIPLINE.
            Q4: Who makes these decisions?

ROGER:  Concerned  Citizens  and  Special  Interests  groups  push  for  Legislation.
            • Legislators  write  the  Laws  and  Judges  sometimes  Enforce  the  laws.
            • Counselors  and  Advocates   try  to  work  in  the  Best  Interest  of  the CHILD.
            • WE  the  People/Taxpayers  PAY  for  everyone  Else's  VIOLATIONS
Q5: Where can a person go to get such information?

            ROGER:

Q6: What can they do to make this happen?

ROGER: Don’t  let  anyone (Judges / Lawyers)  tell  you, You  Don’t  have  RIGHTS.

Q7: Concerning family visitation rights, do you think that these laws can be modified?  If so, why and how?

ROGER: 90%  of  the  LAWS  are  GOOD,  BUT  77%  of  Visitation  is NOT  ENFORCED.

Q8: Do you think that family and civil rights are equal?

ROGER: Yes, in  the  LAWS, however, they  are  NOT  ENFORCED.
            • 1960--Just  like  it  took  the  Civil  RIGHTS  movement  to  ‘END’  Discrimination,
            • 1990--USSH  Sec. Sullivan  said, "As  Strong  FAMILIES  are  absolutely  essential  to  Social  Cohesion, One  would  THINK  that  government  WOULD  DO  everything  in  its  POWER  to  PROMOTE   FAMILY  STABILITY.  To  avoid  Social  Chaos…will  require  a  Total  reorientation  of  Current  Government  Policies  and  Social  Attitudes."
Q9: Are these laws and regulations available to anyone?

ROGER: Yes,  this is Public  information, just  call  your  Representative.
